The bomb is actually why this is political between the Hunter ssociation and the World Leaders. The bomb has been outlawed internationally. And so when Netero told the leaders the Association will use any means necessary, he implies that he might even get as far as using this bomb. That's why he said what he said about the leaders leaving the blame on to the Hunters Association because of the possible fallout -chemically and politically.

2024-07-19 07:26:26 +0000 UTChaha I loved the, "Are we watching two more?". "yeah, we are" immediately. Netero was my favorite character! That aura was evil/malice/murderous intent aura. In the manga, Netero said "You know nothing of the bottomless malice within the human heart... I see you in hell... If there is one." Then proceeded to use the most evil thing... a nuke. I think it could also translate to "potential for evolution". Both fit well in this context. But I like the malice part more
