2025-02-09 12:12:39 +0000 UTCtechnically, kyoutani (mad dog)'s spikes aren't as powerful as iwaizumi's according to the manga player stats (iwaizumi is actually on par with ushijima aka japan on those lol), but i think they come across as more impactful than iwaizumi's in the anime because iwaizumi is seijoh's ace and like asahi, they can't show all the points he gets them because it's pretty much the majority of them lmao. also, like the Seijoh coach was saying, kyoutani is already good, he just starts very slowly but this is where we see how GOOD the Seijoh team chemistry really is because they're able to all work together amidst the chaos and do it as flawlessly as anyone possibly could. their team is actually so insane that way. can't wait for next episode! <3
