it's completely understandable as a general public to not be the most knowledgeable ab dance but it's diff when they're unfortunately being close minded and ignorant as well as arrogant. like yes ik ur a react channel but like react respectfully. again they have no experience and knowledge ab this so some of the comments are out of pocket and ridiculous 🤷♀️

The fact that you said Baby Sleek is not that good, you clearly cannot identify the different levels of hiphop dance quality, she has one of the best levels of hip hop qualities in the world. So keep that in mind when you comment, as dance is not only "how it looks", but foundation and quality is key. If you do not know how high quality looks like, I can understand it is hard. Also another comment, from a dancer, it is important to keep in mind that freestyle dancers and choreography dancers are like different breeds in dancing :D Wolfo and Mannequeen are known freestylers and they are by far the best freestylers on this show (Wakxxyy won the global redbull battle competition last year), but then we have AMAZING choreographers and dancers in general. So being a good choreo dancers does not mean you are automatically a good freestyle battle dancers, as that needs training. But all in all, still a very fun reaction guys! I enjoy re-watching SWF2 with you guys.

2024-06-02 01:09:16 +0000 UTCALSOOOOO Kirsten definitely is a better dancer than Bada, but Bada's style of dancing suited the song better. She is rough and gritty but so swaggy, whereas Kirsten is just oozing with style, and the song needs more than that. The judges try and look at the whole picture. However, I do think if Kirsten became the main dancer she would make a very interesting whole choreo and performance with it, you know cause of the royal family and all.

Their bonds will become apparent after the first elimination. However, the part with the Rookies choreo. She forgot it while making it, but it existed. I guess you know now its because its easy to copy and become the main dancer. The thing with becoming the main dancer is you can change it! Once you become main dancer you can change the dance to how you want it, and choreo the rest of the song.

In the first season they have a pair like these two and when they battle, it was amazing!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND watching the first season. You will be spoiled of the winner of the first season in this one though.

2024-05-28 02:03:56 +0000 UTCabout the mina lia drama, i get why mina was upset and if she were angry about how the studio works its pay then thats fair. in that case both mina and lia have their own opinions on the matter and thats not something for us to weigh in on as people who dont actually know the contract terms. but the way she started lying and bringing other dancers into it to claim lia doesnt credit other choreographers was soooo low like whyd she do that when its so easily disproven 😭 also, different styles have different rules for battling! no touching is a general rule yes, but for waacking, its EXTREMELY common for the dancers to interact with one another or even the audience. its why the waacking dancers are the only ones who really touch their opponents, it's normal and they feed off each others energy. thats also why waackxxxy started trying to coordinate her moves with kirstens.

There’s no such thing as african frame , they made the same comments abt kirsten and abt gabee last season even one of the judges said it too that latrice’s body was an advantage cuz it went so well with the choreo and thats obv bcz SHE made it so she’ll obv make sth that looks good on her , redlic was a sour loser and childish for saying it the way she said it but i never saw it as racism . I felt like everytime sth doesn’t go jam’s way ppl say its bcz of racism . U know how the edits made capri and latrice look like they really struggled with their choreos and teaching them? I saw reactors being upset with capri but the same edit happened to latrice they were like yea cuz she’s black 😭 as an african myself i did NOT see anything that happened in this entire show as racism just mnet editing and ppl being sensitive tbh and focusing way too much on races

It was so lovely to see after everyone on the show seemed determined to sh*t on her. Mnet cut it out of the edit, but in the original broadcast, Redlic made some pretty offensive comments about Latrice, saying she is only competing with her body - basically that because she has an African frame, that does all the hard work for her and she doesn't have to try. It's hard not to think there is some bias against Latrice because of her race. It was a real point of controversy at the time :(

I agree that Kristen brought the dance to life and it could also be a biased opinion because I've been a fan of hers for a long time however Bada was cleaner and it was well deserved for her to get main dancer. But trust me when I say the next couple of episodes get much better. One thing I will say is Mnet pissed me off to the way the evil edit and make things look or seem a certain way bc we don't even get to see the full footage but hey what can we freakin do lmao. Can't wait for upcoming reactions from yall!!

But for actual professional dancers it’s more about the technique and style choice. Can you get across your message in a cohesive way while still meeting the criteria of the battle/challenge. As for Ladybounce vs 1Million and the whole comment about it being rigged it’s not. They chose ladybounce because although their choreo was more simplistic they danced as one unit which is what Monika meant by teamwork. They were in sync. 1Million does this thing where they will do these extravagant choreographies but it isn’t clean. It looks messy and there’s usually someone trying to keep up or rush the beat.

2024-05-20 20:17:50 +0000 UTCi agree with u on some battles but dont on others , i feel there’s a lot of stuff as nun dancers we dont understand for example baby sleek’s style and a lot of other battles we choose what looks cooler to us (personal taste) but the judges and the dancers know this stuff all too well so they see stuff we dont . I dont think kirsten was robbed at any point except the younji one but i would also say she lost to wackxxxy in the first round but not everyone has the same taste or eye for stuff and i also think there shouldn’t even be a rematch in their second one either , it was a clear win for wackxxxy . If anything i feel like they’re kirsten biased not against her

And no bada didn’t mess up when she didn’t turn at the end , those moments if u go back u’ll notice almost everyone did a different last pose and thats what she did
