Scornful Encounter
Added 2023-01-14 23:10:22 +0000 UTCI had been wanting to draw this post-FNV scene where Noelle and Claire met each other during their own expeditions. I have a rough frame of how their encounter would go but since it's still very far away into the story I probably won't do anything more for now.
