All Practice Comic Covers (plus bonus content)
Added 2022-11-06 17:39:27 +0000 UTCHere are all the practice covers from this week's experiment, plus their variants and concept sketches. I also made some adjustments on the first two so they are generally in the same format.
I never been good with fonts and typography so I wanted to do a test run to find an appropriate cover style for our main story comic, and I'm very happy with how they turned out. The symbolic illustrations were partly inspired by SachinTeng's Dragon Age comic covers.
Some of these titles are the actual episode names from Noelle's story as well.

Very close! I can talk about it a bit without spoiling too much. Manny's position was meant to show his initial closeness and openness with Noelle, while Boone was exactly as you said more emotionally distant at the time. I'm glad you like the covers! There are a lot of hidden symbolism in these and I'm really happy you mentioned them <3

2022-11-06 19:16:19 +0000 UTCI find it interesting in “One for my baby” cover that Manny is upfront and closer to Noelle, while Boone is a little more distant. Does this symbolize that for a short time, Noelle will be working close with Manny to find out Carla’s (seller?), and Boone may be emotionally more distant in this time period? Also, you don’t have to answer because it might spoil some of the story. I was just wondering. Love all the covers though!
