Power of Friendship (old comic) and some lore on the AMR

Another old pre-Patreon era miniseries, and probably my most stolen comic of all time. (It's really everywhere.)

The very first introduction of Friendship, Novac team's iconic anti-materiel rifle. The gun had been in Noelle's lore for a long time but it didn't have a name before I posted the first comic. Matthew (@CrowsFault) said in their comment that the name might be "Friendship" and I really loved that idea since it coincides with the gun's lore while also being very cute and funny.

In the story, Noelle and the team bought Friendship from the Gun Runners around mid game. It was further modified and maintain by Raul and Veronica to reach its maximum destructive potential. Friendship resides in the Novac's armory and would only be brought out for difficult or important targets. Boone is the main user of the AMR since Noelle cannot handle the weight or recoil that well.

Noelle's struggle with Friendship is one of our longest running jokes. Our petite sniper dreams of getting her hands on the giant rifle. As shown in the comic, she brought it out to play with one day and shot it while standing up (a reference to how the courier use the gun in the game,) sending her flying backward. Since then, the team has outright permanently banned Noelle from using Friendship. She still tries her best to sneak around with it but usually couldn't go that far. I've been depicting the gun in my comics as how it appears in the game, just a regular Hécate II rifle, but I imagine Noelle would have decorated Friendship with some markings or decals. I plan to draw a design sheet for the gun someday along with some other unique weapons in the story.
