2019-09-30 16:36:02 +0000 UTCYou need a space ship that can fly at least 70% the speed of light just to achieve time travel to the past at all, and have it fly a curve in that speed according to one guy I forgot his name, and according to Einstein, it isn't possible at all, but flying far faster than earth people on earth with all that speed you said, you can travel to the future, but not back.
