The best time and place I've found now for meditation is during morning after I have drawn or written a bit to launch the day's work, taking a walk to a lake shore, and feeling the rays of the morning sun as I sit down for a moment and watching the gentle waves of water. It feels so serene. Your audios complement the walks too, thank you Miss Wendy, I look forward to exploring the archives and your future meditations this spring and summer. ποΈπ΅οΈ

I've been meditating daily for a while now, and I was looking forward to doing it with your company! <3 I almost fell asleep sitting upright! xD by the end of the audio I could feel tingles all over my body, it was quite an amazing and relaxing experience! PS. I've also tried meditating while naked... for the first time. it's an... interesting experience. Miss Wendy's voice is arousing, but also melted me into a puddle, as I imagine myself laying on your lap, while you stroke my hair.

To notice yourself thinking as to let those thoughts flow through you like a stream of awareness. I was genuinely curious if boy who had trained their minds and bodies to respond to me would find the meditative space easier if I were the guide. Seems that for you, the answer is yes.

Sometime I hear it to the end, sometimes my mind drifted around, or I was falling asleep. I don't know the differences between hynosis and guided meditation or if there is a difference between at all. That is just relaxing, feels good. Thank you for that! π€ππ₯°

I've never been able to try any form of meditation for long than 5 minutes before due to my inability to stop thinking most of the time. But since thats not a problem listening to you I was able to relax. Honestly it was pretty hard to tell the difference between this and your other sleep aid audios for me in terms of how it made me feel. But that's really not a bad thing in my eyes.
