Red's Weekly Update
Added 2020-10-13 17:00:04 +0000 UTCHi everyone! So sorry about the missed update last week, things have been pretty busy for me lately. I've also been taking my sweet time tinkering with Unity's particle effects to start adding a bunch of them to Pod's New Program. I started with the trail of squares made by the player ship, and finally got something I'm happy with.
While I'm at it I'm going to see what else I can add in there, the list isn't too long and it would be good to get this stuff out of the way.
Player trails
Player shot destruction
Player get hit
Player ship destruction
Enemy get hit
Enemy shot destruction
Enemy kill
Boss/Core kill
Hacking Entry effect
Hacking Exit effect
Core shield (done)
Core shield hit
Should be an interesting challenge to figure these out, to say the least.
