The Line: Minecraft Zombies?

I am still working on every maps at the same time, which is pretty hard but I love it :D
I am thinking about a new project, which will be a single line map, so some kind of a challenge which contain "*every" minecraft place. So 1 area will be a themed biome, and only 1 door will be there to the next biome, it will start from the nether to the aether.
I still haven't really get into this project so this will likely changes, but what do you think about the zone? Which one would you think is interesting to add or remove?
