What I said there, and will repeat here, is this: This document was released, completely unredacted just like this, in the documents produced by Chandler PD , following several FOIA requests. The only thing I have done here is re-type it into an MS Word document. My actions absolutely in no way jeopardize the case. John Prior and Jim Archibald have had access to the unredacted Probable Cause statement since well before it was released in the Chandler docs. As for any potential jurors who are on this subreddit or in various other groups etc. online -- if someone like that makes it as far as the jury pool, they will be struck as a matter of standard procedure, for knowing too much about the case. It is insulting and disingenuous to imply that I am putting the case in jeopardy. This is in a report filed by Gilbert PD Det. Pillar: 11/26/19 I attempted calling MELANIE. MELANIE did not answer so I left a message requesting a response. Detective McDermott and I went to MELANIE’s last known address but no one answered. We then responded to MELANIE’s ex-husband, BRENDON Gibb’s residence. BRENDON was not home so I spoke with their oldest son, HUNTER Gibb. HUNTER said his mother was in Utah with her boyfriend, DAVID Warwick and did not believe JJ was with her. Per my request, HUNTER agreed to contact MELANIE to ask her to call me. I provided HUNTER with my business card and concluded our contact. As a result of JJ's unconfirmed location and MELANIE’s lack of response, surveillance began at MELANIE’s and BRENDON’s addresses. At 2140 hours (MST), MELANIE called me and confirmed she was not in Arizona. MELANIE told me JJ was not with her and she had not seen him in weeks. MELANIE told me JJ should be with his mother, LORI. MELANIE was adamant JJ was not with her then said, “I don’t want anything to do with this.” I encouraged MELANIE to contact me if/when she discovered JJ's whereabouts. ---------- “I don’t want anything to do with this.” --Melanie Gibb, 11/26/19

At least at some point she questioned if she would be next on the hit list. Were they really this dumb or are their hearts cold and fine with murder?
