REBEKAH BARSOTTI UPDATE: Live q & a with the "hitman"
Added 2022-06-16 02:21:19 +0000 UTCWhew! Covering this case has been overwhelming -to say the least. What started as John and I wanting to advocate for Rebekah--a domestic violence victim-- has turned into much more than we anticipated.
We've continually debated if we keep covering this case, and we have also filed a report with the FBI after receiving the phone recordings and texts from Nathan.
The conversations are allegedly between Nathan and Rebekah's estranged husband David Barsotti, after Rebekah went missing, and before her body was found.
in the recordings David is asking Nathan to burn Rebekah's parents house down (his in-laws house) so they will stop searching for Rebekah. He also requests Nathan to burn Rebekah's rental in Montana (where her parents are staying).

Tonight is a follow up with Nathan aka the "hitman" to ask him questions about the recordings, about Rebekah, about David, and everything he knows.
The night Nathan came forward with the recordings, he was allegedly shot in the leg. I have photos of his wounds on instagram and facebook.
Others have asked: Does the media know? Yes! I am in touch with a producer and am hoping a larger true crime show will take over, and John and I will move on.

Will it be like the Chandler police with Charles where after push comes to shove they will do it and say they really were on it all along? (Maybe I’m wrong about Chandler but it seemed that way to me)
