Apparently these posts aren't monitored very frequently. I have looked and looked for the recordings of the book club meetings. Frustrating.

Karen Rose

Truenorth: where is the link to listen to the recording? Thank you.

Hi, can you tell us where you found the recording?

Diana Newton

I am on the East Coast as well. I just listened last night. It was recorded.

Truenorth

Lauren and John I hope this 2nd BookClub session is being recorded? I’m on the East Cost and fell asleep before it started. I had purchased the audio book version of this most interesting book and I was looking forward to hearing the discussion. Speaking of that, is it ok to listen on mute and watch and not be put on the spot to talk? Thank you for such smart food for thought, I’m grateful!

Either click join, or click explore book club. Then scroll down and go to meetings.

Getting ready

Cindy

I have read the book and look forward to the discussion. I love the idea of reading books...wonder if Dr. Matthias could draw parallels or contrasts, offer insights into current cases along with the books which may be too much work with his regular job! But would be interesting

Manganiello Trina

I haven’t read the book but I’m looking forward to the discussion. Personally I would rather you put your time into active true crime cases. I love to hear your thoughts about all the cases in Idaho and how many courts are closed to the public and decisions are being made behind closed doors.

Mary Kaye Sugerman

I’m looking forward to this. It’s hard for me to participate at that time because it’s dinner time here in the mountain time zone. I will listen, but probably can’t speak. I do have a question… I understand this book is “the examined life” but it seems in psychology there is a lot of explaining the way people are by their past. I wonder if in all the study of what made a person the way they have developed anything significantly predictive?
