Unruly male patient strapped to medical bed; elbow cuffed to each other, thighs cuffed to each other. Ankles and wrists cuffed to the bed. Female doctor who’s wearing just some latex gloves, using her strap on to give him a sorely needed prostate exam. All part of his treatment plan :)
