Strongest in DxD - Chapter 61

When they collided, Ajuka stared in surprise as the flames began to burn their demonic power until there was nothing left.

"I see, they can burn anything and only stop when the target is incinerated, but they don't seem to be able to continue after burning something," thought Ajuka as she watched the flames stop.

Ajuka quickly posed as his demonic power increased even more and several and several bundles of green demonic power surged around him and prepared to fire.

Ren didn't even move as the various greens rushed at him destroying everything in their path.

The land was utterly annihilated by Ajuka's unrivaled demonic power that advanced destroying everything in its path while aiming to destroy the human in front of it.

However in the face of this Ren did not run as he simply extended his right hand towards the energy beams much to Ajuka's surprise.

"Black Path," Ren said, triggering one of his [Rinnegan's] Six Paths.

Just as Ajuka's attacks would hit Ren they were suddenly sucked into Ren's palm as he absorbed the power.

Ajuka's eyes widened at what he saw.

"Is he absorbing my power? Is this a skill of your eyes? The ability to absorb energy," thought Ajuka quickly.

At that moment Ajuka realized that the human in front of him could have actually killed Sirzechs, he wasn't even trying and yet Ajuka knew that to have a chance he would have to use his true form.

But before the Blue Maou could do anything he widened his eyes as he felt Ren's power again focus on his left eye.

"Love-no-Tejikara"

The instant those words left Ren's mouth, the Blue Maou widened its eyes at what he saw.

In Ren's place was one of Ajuka's own magic circles and beside it was Ren.

The Maou Beelzebub was quick in his reaction as he quickly turned towards Ren with his fist bathed in his green demonic power.

Ren also stepped forward while using his [Ame-no-Tejikara] to switch places with Ajuka's magic circle.

This technique can move the user or other people and objects some distance away from their original location instantly. The range of this technique can be extended if the exchange is with an object, as Ren did with Ajuka's magic circle.

Ren's own fist lunged at Ajuka's, his fist was bathed in white flames as the imprint of his [Fire Devil Slayer Magic] was present.

The mark covered Ren's entire left arm and reached his left eye, which took on a white tint while his hair blew out and turned slightly whitish.

Ren's flaming fist slammed into Ajuka's demonic-powered fist.

The moment they collided, Ajuka screamed in pain as she felt the flames as he was sent flying away.

Ajuka quickly took his stance as he saw that those flames had burned part of his right arm, not fatal, but certainly not minor damage.

Even though he'd only been hit by a bit of the flames it was like he'd taken a blow from Michael himself.

Surely if he were a normal demon he would already be dead.

Reaching out her hand, Ajuka fired a huge beam of green demonic power at Ren.

SlashDog only held out his hand while activating [Rinnegan's] [Black Path].

But just when they would hit Ren and he would start to absorb the energy something happened.

The beam split into four arrows of demonic power that dodged Ren and attacked him from behind.

But even that way when they reached a certain distance all four were absorbed to Ajuka's surprise.

Stopping Ren let out a laugh at that.

"Very smart of you to think you can attack me that way, but I can absorb energy from everything around me, reaching out is just a habit," Ren said calmly.

Ajuka stood up calmly while her eyes still hadn't lost their analytical sparkle.

"I understand. They are really powerful abilities, with the left eye you materialize black flames while with your right eye you control them, and also the ability to absorb energy and teleport, or better yet, to switch places with something. Your eyes have impressive abilities," said Ajuka calmly.

Ren just chuckled at that.

"There really is, and you haven't seen half of them. But I'm really impressed, you were the first to find out about my abilities so easily" said Ren smiling.

Indeed Ajuka had been the first to find out about some of the abilities of [Sharingan] and [Rinnegan], and analysis of him was extremely quick.

"But I'm disappointed, I thought the famous Ajuka Beelzebub would be much stronger than that, but you're pretty pathetic," Ren said with a disappointed sigh.

Ajuka narrowed his eyes at Ren's speech, but he couldn't help but agree, this battle wasn't going well for him.

His demonic power was totally useless thanks to Ren's ability to absorb energy.

And physical combat was very dangerous because of those white flames the human possessed, and Ajuka knew he wasn't even close to using them to their true potential.

Besides of course, Ren hadn't even summoned his Sacred Gear yet.

And Ajuka's strongest ability, his [Kankara's Formula] was totally useless against the human.

The [Kankara Formula] allows Ajuka to manipulate the phenomena that occur in the world using his demonic powers to fill in the calculations of natural phenomena. Using a specialized magic circle, he is able to affect the outside world in a variety of ways.

All phenomena and abilities in the world have rules and laws, which he managed to get an answer to by filling in the equations.

However Ren's abilities didn't, Ajuka couldn't use her [Kankara's Formula] in his abilities.

She was useless against the white flames as well as being useless against the black flames, and the other Ajuka abilities hadn't even managed to unravel the other techniques the human had.

And that's why he knew he was in bad shape.

His only way out at that time was to activate his "True Form".

"Well, let's get this over with," Ren said with a sigh.

Before Ajuka could begin to transform he widened his eyes at what he saw in front of him.

A huge wave of flame-like energy surged around Ren, her color was blue, and she gave a terrible feeling to Ajuka.

In the next instant she began to shift, the flames molding into the shape of several ribs around Ren and continuing.

Two long, skeletal arms emerged, made the same color as the ethereal energy pouring out of Ren's body.

And then a huge skull appeared while the one in front of Ajuka looked like the upper half of a human skeleton made of pure energy.

That was Ren's [Susanoo], an ability bestowed upon those who awaken the [Mangekyou Sharingan] in both eyes.

Ajuka widened her eyes as she felt the overwhelming power emanating from whatever was around Ren.

The evil intent it radiated was unprecedented, Ajuka had never felt something so evil and powerful in this way, it was so evil that even Rizevim Livan Lucifer looked like an innocent child in comparison.

Ren just looked at Ajuka who was shaking as she sighed.

"Looks like [Susanoo] alone will be enough, I thought I could use his perfect form, but this is too much" thought Ren sighing.

Ren quickly joined his hands together forming a hand seal and from him [Susanoo] created a pair of extra arms and did the same.

In the next instant Ajuka widened her eyes and quickly raised her hand releasing dozens of spheres of demonic power at Ren.
