These spheres represented the [Power of Destruction] and the Demonic Power of Sirzechs.

Ren stole the [Power of Destruction] and Demon Power from Sirzechs.

-Description: An ability once unique to the Bael clan that has the title of Great King, being the highest rank among all 72 Pillars, the Gremory brothers Sirzechs Lucifer and Rias Gremory inherited this ability from their mother Venelana Gremory, who was a descendant direct from Clan Bael. It is later shown that Millicas Gremory also inherited this ability from her father Sirzechs.

-Abilities: As its name suggests, Power of Destruction is a type of demonic energy, which grants its users great explosive power and can completely annihilate things when used. A Devil, with greater demonic energy, will be able to use it with more proficiency as in the case of Sirzechs, where he has mastered his Power of Destruction to the point that he can basically eliminate anything and has great destructive power as he has been shown to be able to to delete Scale Mail Armors. It is said that the Power of Destruction is a very difficult power to defend due to its scavenging properties, as the most effective way to protect against it would be to counter the blast of destruction with ranged attacks. According to Grendel, the Power of Destruction can cut even the consciousness and souls of living creatures after he has had almost his entire body wiped out by Rias' Extinct Star.

Ren smiled when he stole the [Power of Destruction] from Sirzechs.

One of the greatest features of Ren's [Annihilation Maker] was that he was able to grant abilities to these creatures, as long as he knew how to use them.

He might grant his [Devil Slayer Magic] for example, so he could give them [Power of Destruction] to increase their power in addition to being able to use Sirzechs' Demon Power as fuel for the creatures.

Ren quickly backed away a bit and summoned a spear in his right hand.

It was a spear ornamented with a dark blue shaft and is longer than normal spears. It features gilded metal decorations in the shape of arrowheads that spiral in a double helix pattern. The decorations end at the top of the spear's shaft, which features a white circle, which is completely empty, and has a cross that fills it, but not completely. There is a small silver stump that has four protrusions, two on the left and the other two on the right. The boom tip is silver and similar to the boom shaft is longer than other types of booms.

It was the [True Longinus], also known as the Sacred Spear of the Setting Sun, the Spear of Fate and the Spear of Longinus, is the first and most powerful Longinus and the same spear that Saint Longinus used to stab Jesus Christ.

Grayfia and Venelana had to step back a little when the spear was summoned and an immense holy aura emanated from Ren's body.

Quickly the strongest wielder of Longinus thrust the spear into Sirzechs' body, but it seemed that he had not cut into his flesh but into his soul.

"Ban…" said Ren calmly.

The holy spear glowed a little as Sirzechs writhed in agony before his body stopped.

Ren's [True Longinus] was a subspecies even in base form so she had special abilities.

[Banishing] was one of them, anything that Longinus's blade cut would be transported to a world of eternal torture where it would live in hell itself, just as Ren would steal some of the power from whoever cut it.

Ren squandered her Longinus when she sent Sirzechs' soul to eternal torture.

"What will we do now?" asked Venelala looking at Ren.

The Sekiryuutei smiled as he reached out and activated the power of Longinus [Annihilation Maker].

Slowly two shadows form where Ren reached out and begin to grow to the size of an adult human.

When the shadows faded it was revealed two white winged beings with six pairs of angelic wings in golden dragon armor.

There were two Angels of the Seraphim class.

With his Longinus [Annihilation Maker] Ren can create creatures through his imagination, and with enough training and study he was able to recreate beings like Angels.

They were beings that no one could tell the difference between them and Angels, although they lacked personality and conscience.

Their combat power was equal to that of a Seraphim, as Ren put in them various abilities such as the ability to use Light and Holy Magic as well as various combat firms.

Grayfia and Venelana had to back away again as the sacred energy emanating from the two artificial Angels was immense.

Ren turned his gaze to them.

"Let's go to step two," Ren said smiling at them.

Ren took another step toward his goal of destroying the Three Factions

And his first target was the Underworld.

Gremory Territory, Underworld.

When the word Underworld was spoken, many would instantly think of a dark, frightening, and vile place where fire and molten lava burned with every turn and the air was filled with toxic compounds and whatnot. In fact, it was an apt description for a place known as Purgatory.

However, this was not true, as the Underworld was very different from what many believed it to be.

Therefore, those who had not been to the Underworld would have been incredibly surprised, perhaps even shocked, to find that the place mentioned was nothing like what they thought. Instead, it was very similar to Earth, the human world with the exception of the sky, which was purple (in the underworld).

The Underworld was huge, easily the size of land (no sea), just wide lakes to make up for the lack of sea. Contrary to popular belief, it was situated in a different dimension, not underground, as its name suggests.

Their lands ranged from cities to pastures, fields to farms, forests and so on.

Although one thing many were correct in thinking was that the Underworld was the home of the Demons, the dark race of beings that had been very misunderstood by many as nothing more than evil beings.

The demons, however, were just like normal humans, but with the addition of bat wings on their backs and a variety of different abilities that could be used for good or bad purposes. They also have improved physical abilities such as strength, endurance, speed and senses. They can even live for thousands of years and maintain a youthful appearance. This made demons an almost perfect species.

The demons had many enemies, but their greatest enemies were the Angels of Heaven and those known as the Fallen Angels (Angels who surrendered to their sinful nature and fell from Heaven, creating a new kind of supernatural beings).
