I've just spent an hour or so looking at threads about my games on a well known games forum.
It's fun to see the level of speculation as to reasons behind such an extended period of silence and apparent inactivity. I don't really feel the need to share any details of the actual reasons why, only to say that the self cloning experiments did yield some promising early results. Having to then spend two years tracking down and slaying my escaped malevolent doppelgangers was a bit of a bind. Especially during a global pandemic.
Anyway, behold the miracle that is my rise from a presumed meltdown/burnout/death.
I've been diligently pushing pixels around beyond the glare of expectation for the past couple of years. It's just me, it's all very big and complicated, so it's taking some time.
But just like the endless wait for the final seasons of 'Better Call Saul' and 'The Walking Dead', I'm sure it'll all be worth it in the end.
I had a good meeting today with my platform developer. Most of the conversation was encrypted into various acronyms. All at the bleeding edge of technology too.
We are close to beta testing and we drank some coffee, which is nice.
I should perhaps also say something about the above image.
Yes, that is Natalia from my Tara series of games. Just like me she never really disappeared and *spoiler alert* will be seen again...
