Ch9 : Bridgette pathway

The Bridgette pathway in Chapter Nine is the start of your 'Date with Bridgette' on Thursday evening.

You can explore together with Bridgette and meet up with a range of other people in different locations.

There are three places to go to, each of which can be visited in any order.

Different combinations will yield different outcomes.

You start in the hotel room and you have 120 cash in your wallet.

HOTEL ROOM : 6:00pm

If you ended Chapter Eight by gaining Bridgette's phone number, then you will have the option to call her and ask her out on a date.

If you have her number but want to head out on the solo pathway instead, then just don't call her.

This switches you onto the Ch9: Solo Pathway

If you got fired or failed to get Bridgette's number then your only option is the solo pathway.

Call Bridgette and invite her out on a date.
If you can't remember her phone number then you can reveal on on screen hint.
Note: Bridgette's phone number is based on her measurements.

PICKING BRIDGETTE UP : 7:00pm

Next you head out to pick your date up.

There are opportunities throughout your time with Bridgette to raise or lower her score.

It starts at 3 when she get's into your car.

‘You look great by the way’ +1

‘Although I do prefer you without clothes...’ -1

Bridgette's score is set to 5 when you kiss her.

But if you try to grope her breasts then you lose one point.

You drive into the town and leave your car. You must decide which of the three locations you want to visit first. They can be visited in any order.

Different combinations will yield different outcomes.

THE IMPORTANCE OF ALCOHOL IN CHAPTER NINE

The more Bridgette has to drink, the less inhibited she becomes. To get Bridgette drunk means that you must also consume alcohol.

Finding the right balance between sobriety and getting drunk has certain implications as Thursday evening progresses.

Opportunities to consume alcohol are present in the Bar and the Restaurant, but not in the Park.

THE PARK

VISITING THE PARK WITH BRIDGETTE : FIRST : 7:00pm

Bridgette is completely sober and it's still broad daylight, so don't expect much to happen if you visit the park first.

The most you can achieve here at this stage is a kiss from Bridgette.

Pushing things any further will only lower Bridgette's score.

You leave the park and decide where to go next.

VISITING THE PARK WITH BRIDGETTE : SECOND : 8:00pm

Heading to the park later on should mean that Bridgette has consumed some alcohol in either the bar or the restaurant. It's also getting dark and there is less chance of seeing anybody else there.

The park gates will be closed, but Bridgette will suggest entering but only if she has consumed enough alcohol.

If you visited the restaurant she is too sensible and sober to consider continuing, but only if you ask her opinion on the matter.

You can just say "Yeah of course we should." when she asks "Do you think we should go in?"

If you visited the bar first, then Bridgette is much more likely to be drunk and will be more adventurous.

Once seated on the bench you can start by kissing her.

There are a few combinations of Bridgette's score and her lack of sobriety which determine her reaction to you touching her.

In general though, her score must be at least over 3 if you drank cocktails in the bar, over 4 if you drank Champagne.

The trick is to take your time, and kiss her more than once before you try touching her.
This raises her score and makes her more likely to go further with you.

Her reactions are also based on whether or not you have had sex with her in Chapters 6 and/or 7. This is carried over in your individual game save data. It will be present but only if you start Chapter Nine from a game save that traces back to those earlier events.

With the right level of score, alcohol and past experiences, Bridgette will strip naked for you in the park. Note that those past experiences make things easier, but are not essential.

This can progress to some more touching and intimacy but there is no sex scene here just yet.

Afterwards, Bridgette get's dressed and you head back into the town.

Note: If Bridgette gets naked and allows you to touch her breasts, this achievement carries over into Chapter Ten and is checked if you visit the viewpoint.

AFTER THE PARK WITH BRIDGETTE : 9:00pm

Head back into the town with Bridgette after visting the park and talk to her near the bar.

Her score must be over 3 to continue the date, otherwise she will want to leave.

THE RESTAURANT

VISITING THE RESTAURANT WITH BRIDGETTE : FIRST : 7:00pm

Taking Bridgette to the restaurant first means that you will both drink some wine with your meal.

This starts to make Bridgette relax and flirt with you some more.

Pay attention to her story, be respectful and don't say anything too direct or Bridgette will begin to become unhappy.

Avoid getting caught checking out the waitress too.

Bridgette's score is set to 5 when you kiss her.

After you have eaten, she will then ask about your relationship with Maria.

You can tell her that it's none of her business which ends the conversation somewhat abruptly.

If however you are more open and honest you can gain more favour with Bridgette.

You have the option to tell her that you are still having sex with Maria and then run with it or claim you are omly joking.

It's easy to upset Bridgette here which can end your date.

If that happens you can switch onto the solo pathway instead.

The best option in terms of your date with Bridgette is to admit that you have had a previous sexual relationship with Maria, but reassure Bridgette that it's all in the past.

She doesn't have to know anything about what has happened earlier in the week.

You pay the restaurant bill, head outside and decide where to go next.

VISITING THE RESTAURANT WITH BRIDGETTE : SECOND : 8:00pm

Taking Bridgette to the restaurant second also means that you will both drink some wine with your meal.

This starts to make Bridgette relax and flirt with you some more.

Pay attention to her story, be respectful and don't say anything too direct or Bridgette will begin to become unhappy.
Avoid getting caught checking out the waitress too.

Bridgette's score is set to 5 when you kiss her.

After you have eaten, you notice that Bridgette has spilt some sauce on her chest. She doesn't mind you looking and flirts some more, then excuses herself while she goes to the bathroom.

Shortly afterwards, you will see that Bridgette is being harrassed by a male patron.

Head over to figure out how to intervene.

Pushing the man and then further antagonising him by flipping him a finger, not only lowers Bridgette's score, but also sets the man to return towards the end of Chapter Ten for a fight.

You can win the fight but see the Chapter Ten: Bridgette Pathway for more on that.

Alternatively you can stand back and allow Bridgette to deal with the situation.
If you kissed her earlier she references this which also raises her score.

Next you pay the restaurant bill, head outside and decide where to go next.

PAYING THE RESTAURANT BILL

When it comes to paying, splitting the bill with Bridgette is the most favourable option.
She likes the notion of gender equality and rejects the idea that a man should pay.

Note: If you tip Susie the waitress, she will remember you if you see her during Chapter Eleven.

If you look at the girls who arrive as you are leaving, Bridgette will notice and this lowers her score by one point.

OUTSIDE THE RESTAURANT WITH BRIDGETTE : 9:00pm

Head outside to talk to Bridgette.

Her score must be over 3 to continue the date, otherwise she will want to leave.

VIP TICKETS

There is a chain of events that allow you to get some VIP tickets for use in Chapter Twelve.

This starts when you visit the restaurant first in Chapter Nine.

During your conversation, admitting that you have had a previous sexual relationship with Maria, but reassuring Bridgette that it's in the past has an impact on what happens during Chapter Ten.

This specific conversation is a trigger which allows you to meet Holly and Maria in the next chapter.

You can collect the VIP tickets for use in Chapter Twelve.

THE BAR

VISITING THE BAR WITH BRIDGETTE : FIRST : 7:00pm

Heading to the bar first with Bridgette is a sure fire way of getting her drunk quickly. She will be drinking on an empty stomach so her inhibitions will quickly disappear.

You can choose to buy Wine, Champagne or a Cocktail for Bridgette.
Wine has the lowest alcohol content while Cocktails are the strongest option.

If you choose to get Wine for Bridgette, you can choose Wine, Beer or a soft drink for yourself.

Selecting Champagne or Cocktails get's Bridgette more flirtatious and daring. It also means that you also must drink the same.

It's important to keep your own alcohol consumption in mind as it can have implications for the next chapter.

The stronger the drink the more Bridgette will do.

You can raise Bridgette's score by paying her compliments and looking at her cleavage. She will give more suggestive responses if is consuming stronger alcoholic drinks.

However, at this stage the most that happens in the bar is Bridgette touching you under the table.

Pay the bar bill, head outside to meet Bridgette and decide where to go next.

Note: If you check out the redhead in the bar, she will remember you if you see her during Chapter Eleven.

VISITING THE BAR WITH BRIDGETTE : SECOND : 8:00pm

You can head to the bar after the park or the restaurant.

Approach the bar to order some drinks while Bridgette visits the bathroom.
This gives a brief opportunity to talk to Alexia the barmaid who will ask about your date and flirt with you.

There are the same choices of what drinks to get for yourself and Bridgette as decribed in the earlier visit to the bar.

The same logic also applies in terms of stronger drinks lowering Bridgette's inhibitions to make her more flirtatious.

If you visited the restaurant first, Bridgette will already have consumed some alcohol so this may be even more apparent in her actions and responses.

Bridgette joins you at a table and your conversation turns to talking about Bridgette's cleavage while you take your drinks.

Alexia comes over to check on you.

Replying with "Yeah, we're good thanks." or "Yeah, everything is great with us." initiates a checkfile for the level of alcohol Bridgette has consumed.

If you are drinking cocktails (or Champagne if you already visited the restaurant) then Bridgette will mention that you keep staring at her tits.

This draws Alexia into your conversation and the girls compare notes on having large breasts and the attention that they bring with them.

What happens next depends mostly on how much alcohol Bridgette has consumed.

If Bridgette's score is over 3 and only if you first visited the restaurant to drink wine, then ordered cocktails at the bar; Bridgette is drunk and asks you who has the nicest tits.

They show you their boobs and you get to decide who you like best.
To see more, just say that you cannot decide until they call it a draw.
Obviously, to keep Bridgette happy, say you like her best and avoid touching Alexia.

Alexia will let you know that the bar is closing soon and leave you alone with Bridgette.

The converstaion continues and a score of over 3 initiates Bridgette touching you and raising her score to the maximum. You have the option to kiss her, grab her wrist and talk dirty to her.
Bridgette will respond positively to any of these actions.

Next you must pay the bar bill, while Bridgette heads outside to get some fresh air.

PAYING THE BAR BILL

How much you pay depends on what drinks you ordered. Wine or cocktails cost 20, while Champagne costs 40.

You also have the option to give Alexia another 20 as a tip.

Tipping her extends the conversation and also checks whether you played through the comparing tits scenario.

If you did then Alexia will invite you back to see her.

OUTSIDE THE BAR WITH BRIDGETTE : 9:00pm

Head outside to talk to Bridgette.

Her score must be over 3 to continue the date, otherwise she will want to leave.

If Alexia invited you back to see her, then you have the option to mention this to Bridgette.
This is an opportunity to end the date with Bridgette and pursue Alexia or the solo pathway instead if you wish.

If you say, "She just asked me about a threesome." and then follow the conversation through suggesting that it's something you are interested in then Bridgette will get upset and leave.

Alternatively, either don't mention the invite or pull back from any suggestion that you are considering it.

You will however lower Bridgette's score by doing this.

CHAPTER NINE END POINTS

BRIDGETTE IS HAPPY TO CONTINUE YOUR DATE

Keeping Bridgette happy will play through to the end of Chapter Nine and keep you on the Bridgette pathway for the start of Chapter Ten.

Whether you reach the end of the chapter after visiting the Park, Restaurant or Bar; Bridgette's score must be over 3 to continue your date together.

BRIDGETTE IS NEUTRAL OR UNHAPPY

A score below 4 results in Bridgette making her excuses and ending the date together.

You may have the option to offer her a ride home. If she is drunk she won't care that you have also been drinking and will accept your offer.

Alternatively, if you have limited you alcohol intake by visiting the park, drinking only wine in the restaurant, or having a soft drink in the bar, she will also accept.
