The work and detail is great! But I have to agree with you and would yes its too dark. Something I learned very early in the 501st (and yes I know its not the end all be all to costuming) is that its not always the best idea to use what the production team did when it comes to our costumes and props. We need to look like what it does on screen. And now and days they have lighting and camera techniques to change colors for on screen. So even though you used the same paint, I'm not sure it will even look like it does on screen. But i look at you now and think "shadow Mando"
