Added 2023-12-14 16:04:43 +0000 UTCA small deviation from our regular stuff but I've always wanted to do some Titanfall stuff! It was such an iconic industry-changing game that I felt never got the love it deserved. Well with our hopes dashed of a Titanfall 3 hopefully this raises the spirits of some Titanfall fans!
The helmet itself was super complex and all over the place but I think we split it up in a very intuitive way that's also easy to print! Speaking of easy to print - for you Bambu users I've included our build plates and GCODE in the release folder as well!
Many of the bolts and plugs on the helmet must be inserted from *inside* the helmet but they're all designed in a way to automatically align themselves - and all have flat bases for easy printing.
As always - pre-cut parts for smaller printers are included as well as several different assembled versions.

I’m a huge titanfall fan I even bought the first collector edition that came with the titan. I would love the armour to go with the helmet maybe something for the future. This helmet is my fist print now I have the files through the Patreon. Awesome work!! ❤️

2023-12-24 13:51:35 +0000 UTCThe thing is this is hundreds of years from now, these visors most likely are the strongest while giving good visibility which after wearing one it has quite good sight through, while also giving good strength and yes it’s a design choice but it’s actually quite good for military helmets in sci-fi go since it’s got attachment rails and ports to upgrade it

The visor is obviously an aesthetic choice by the game designers and would create visibility issues, but I guess the same could be said for stormtrooper visors... Then again... US Army seems to always be struggling with the same issues in their future warrior designs 🤣 meanwhile over in the Corps we just go with "wear less, move faster" (or at least that's what we tell ourselves when we have no budget 🤦🏻♂️)
