Shepherds of Haven Credits Sign-Up

Up until now I've been PMing everyone of this tier at the end of the month, but there are so many of you now that this has become an unwieldy system (thank you, it's a great 'problem' to have!!!)! Also, I didn't want to keep spamming the inboxes of people who have already given their names--so I'm making it a monthly sign-up sheet!

Hosted Games prefers full names or abbreviated names over usernames like doobiedealer420: something like Lena N. is just fine, but mononyms and nicknames are acceptable as well!
