Poor horse is having the worst day ever. "Come to Middle-earth, they said! Unlimited woods to roam in, they said! Pretty mares, they said!"

2015-12-22 11:40:47 +0000 UTCI think I've got the basics of Equine, and that's how it translates to me: the horse is badly scared, but not completely spooked (he'd be half way through Beleriand and still accelerating). He's got one ear cocked towards the danger ahead and the other towards the rider, so he's still mentally with him, trusting his Elf to get him out of this (*sob*). And they are both turning to face the enemy - look how their balance aligns.

The horses, both of them, "there's fire there, bro. . . you see that right?" "Fire! No! I am 100% done with this! Lemme go!" Poor horsies, indeed. I don't speak equine, but that's what their faces are saying to me. They're spooked.
