Raffle draw (and changes to the raffle)

Hi all, I'm really sorry for the very quiet June, especially after bragging I'd do #junicorn. I should have known that June is and always will be one of the worst months for art. I hope July will make up for it! One school week to go, but mainly barbecue parties, end of term conferences, field trip days, sponsored walk and sports day. Someone actually assigned me to Zumba. Me. To Zumba. I am skirting dangerously close to losing all of the respect that I've ever earned with students.

But here's the raffle draw for this month! :)

Five goodie bags go to: Louise Boukerouis, Krista Sente, Natalia Olano, Troels Forchhammer, and Floss!

Two A4 prints go to: Gwendolyn Barr and Heather Tanner!

An A3 facsimile with gold paint goes to: KeyD!

The prompt goes to: Steven Tryon!

And this month's commission is for Lilaer

Congrats to all the winners! :)

I need to make a change to the raffle, though, from next month onward. I didn't know that raffles were against Patreon rules as they breach the gambling laws. O_o The main problem is with the tiered system we have, where you can get more raffle tickets in the higher tiers. I approached Patreon about it, and they said I could keep a non-tiered raffle, as long as every Patron is entered.

So, starting next month, every Patron will get exactly one ticket. I know this probably isn't in the interests of most of you, and I'm pretty bummed about it, but it's the rules.  This also means that I'll need the addresses of $1 patrons too, since you'll now be entering. :) Please update your information in your Patreon settings, which will save me a lot of work!

Congrats to all the winners :D

I'm not disputing Patreon's right to set and enforce rules as they see fit, but I'm curious how they conclude that a raffle is in breach of California gambling law. CA definitely has a lottery, which is what the raffle as run up until now seems analogous to. It's not as if it's sports betting...

Congrats, winners!

Congratulations to all the winners! Ugh- rules. We were all managing just fine without them. I don't think it's Patreon though. It's the stupid state of California. They have some utterly ridiculous and nonsensical laws in the books.

Oh yes, that's the Patreon jungle :D ... --> Your Pledges - Active Pledges - Edit - scroll down to "Your shipping address" ;)

I can't even find where to put my address in my settings without it being visible to just anyone. Shame upon me. ;) Anyway, weird Patreon laws but so be it.

Ninchen

I was just going through the winners to notify them, but I can post it here too ;) Anything goes! ;) Let me know what you'd like!

Oh wow, I won! I'm so excited! :) So, do you have prints you've chosen as the giveaways, or is there a selection we get to pick from? Either way, I'm stoked! :)
