First colour layer (and a lot of masking fluid)
Added 2018-02-10 14:15:59 +0000 UTCIn order to really make those fish and Elwing shine, I masked them off with masking fluid prior to doing the first background wash. Ulmo is going to strongly recede in this one; ideally, I want him to be seen on second glance only.
I'm recording the process so there'll definitely be a video of this (possibly, I'll do it as a narrated tutorial again). I'm having some trouble scheduling a livestream, as I've been enlisted to do at least one Carnival parade with the kids (pity me) and the only times I could do it would be Sunday or Monday morning, which of course is a terrible time for the Americans.
Let me know if Sunday or Monday morning CET (that'd be around 4-5 am East coast time in the US - sorry!) would work for any of you Oathkeepers and up?

2018-02-10 17:57:33 +0000 UTCIf the livestream is Sunday morning, I can drag myself out of bed early enough to watch. (Or, more likely, reach one arm out from the bed to grab a device to watch on from my cozy blanket cave.) If it's Monday morning, I'll just have to cross my fingers for video.
