All the doctor visits have yielded nothing. Everybody's just stumped. There's a stain on the retina, but it's not an injury or an inflammation or anything that anyone has ever seen. And in six days, it hasn't made any sign of going away. :(
I'll see if I can draw like this over the next few days, and am slowly trying to get used to the thought that it'll not just go away...

I assume so, since there's a stain vissible on the retina, but keeping in mind my own 'eye'-problems are actually neurologic in origin, that might be something to consider as well. With it not going away, I've bene having my problems for 20 years now, and you'd be surprised how you'd get used to it in the end, no matter what. Hugs!

2018-03-03 12:33:25 +0000 UTCAfter a week of no change (whether resting or hiking home at -10 degrees from the hospital because the bus didn't go all the way to my village), I'm pretty sure that it's neither getting better nor worse from anything I do. :/ Understanding at my school, unfortunately, is pretty unheard of. You can't even call in sick unless you send them tasks for all the classes you would have taught that day. The worst thing is that the entire school is going on a trip to Rome in two weeks - we're all nervous wrecks *anyway* because of everything that needs to be taken care of when a thousand people travel to Italy. O_o

2018-03-03 07:21:37 +0000 UTCIt's a longshot, but ask them if it might be Ischemic Optic Neuropathy -- a stroke of the optic nerve. It took them a very long time to figure out that that's what I had in my left eye, about 15 years ago. ((HUGS)))
