I'll probably keep fiddling with these a bit more, but on the whole, I think this is what I'd like to do with these!
The rings themselves will be gold with deeper-set lines (as I did in the previous pins on Maglor's harp, Finrod's crown, and some of the detail in the Silmarils).
And I'm weirdly in love with Tinfang Warble.
I'm going to send off the designs on Monday. Always such a thrill to give them out of my hands and have them transformed by magic, as it were.
(Black sorcery, in the case of the zombie smurf Maedhroses...)

I was hoping for silver Nenya, but oh well. Still very pretty, just my canon OCD won't let me have it ;) Might be nice to do a silver pin test one of those days though, as sooner or later a silver design is sure to pop up (and imo they are prettier).
