The swirls will hold some veeeery faint Valinor scenes, in a warmer and lighter colour than the rest.

The harp I actually built from clay, because lap harps are some of the most evil things to do without reference. Their shape eludes me in perspective, and the position - resting on one shoulder and one thigh and both hands having to be hear enough to reach the strings - ugh! Much better this way.
Shipping update for Friends in Need! (I knew I'd forgotten something.) My daughter helped me pack forty more packages yesterday, so next week, about three quarters of the US prints and all of the UK ones are going out. I plan to finish shipping the US and world ones over the next two weeks, and want to have all the rest done by mid to end February (so I have my mailing table free for the pins...) =O
