Tolkien t-shirt design, lineart
Added 2019-07-16 15:27:39 +0000 UTCI'm extremely pleased with how this is turning out. Especially since I'm rushing this so much. My eyes aren't happy, but I'm not asking them. Going to start putting on the first washes of watercolour tonight. (The ones where I don't have to see much detail, haha.)
A lot of you asked about t-shirts. I have been pondering this for a while - I might revamp my business; some of the prints and merch like t-shirts would go to sites like society6 or redbubble. My business is starting to swallow time and money I simply don't have. The postal problems are the worst. Until this year, I had one or two people a year whose packages were sent back to me. This year alone, I had five people whose packages were lost in the mail - most of them from Spain - and several whose packages were returned. It's so much work to arrange for the items to be resent, or replaced. At times I feel I need to employ somebody to be my complaints department. :/
Thanks for your sympathies on my last post, by the way. It's hard, because I have nobody to talk to about her - it wasn't just her; our entire class just fell apart. I no longer have any contact to any of them. So it's been good to talk, and listen.

Sorry that you're having so much trouble with the postal service. I have not written a review about the convenient tracking service for shipments you offer in your Etsy shop because I didn't want to repeat myself too much, but I'll do it again. For certain countries like mine (Mexico), tracking is STRONGLY recommended. It won't cost a fortune and I haven't had any kind of trouble since I started using it.

I understand that is must be super complicated to sell your things with internet but I still really hope to be able to buy this t-shirt even though I won’t be at the event ! I would adore this and the Last Unicorn image as shirts, but I wear 3x or 4x...and alas, Etsy, well, you know. Also you are wonderful and your art is wonderful and spreads beauty and delight and I thank you for it.
