Dormice Wizards are rare, because most dormice lack the willingness to devote many years of study to the mastery of skills that have, in their opinion, little relevance for the important things in life (i. e., sleep and food).
True Dormouse Wizards will be quick to point out that this is not true at all. In fact, to anyone who understands a little about arcane matters, it becomes clear immediately that dormice spells have rather more to do with sleep and food than magic in other parts of the world. Magic Missile, for example, seems to be a mashup of Magic Missile and Create Food. The great Wizard Avellinus has devoted his entire life to disentangling the unorthodox nature of dormouse spells and restore them to their original versions; to little avail.

I'm not sure if I can keep doing more or less daily art in the coming weeks - or make that, I very probably won't. From Monday, there will be homeschooling again for two weeks, and after that, schools will open under pandemic conditions - smaller and more classes, only Matchs and languages (I only teach languages), only teachers under the age of 55 with no pre-existing conditions who'll have to cover for the others (that means I'll be there in full). I have no idea what the next ten weeks will look like, and I hope to keep up a little art to preserve my sanity, but I can't make any promises.
If I can't do much art, maybe I can give you a sketchbook tour, maybe even as a sort of live conference. I have my first Zoom conference on Monday - maybe I'll take home some ideas.
Stay safe, everyone!!
