Added 2020-10-06 12:34:31 +0000 UTCAfter being sidelined by my eyes on Sunday (they pretty much shut down after the last few exams I was marking), I got to the promised Maedhros drawing yesterday! I remembered that I had decided to draw him with a slightly more tousled hairstyle (I'd already adopted that for "The Bliss of Valinor" and then forgot about that in the last sketch I did), so here he is in all his toned-paper, tousled glory.
I finished the sketch in my off period in the staffroom today. School is so cold these days! We've got the windows open at all times because of the virus, and the heating's mostly off because it's no use anyway. Teachers are down to swapping stay warm tips. I'm down to ski-wear now. At least keeping 6 feet distance is easy when everyone is wearing 3 feet of layers!

Driving a car, marking, and reading (and art...) are the most expensive. The tally is reset each day, thankfully.
