Some hodgepodge news

Hey you lovely people! I'm sorry for the long radio silence - we've been in lockdown again for over a week now, and teaching is more time-consuming and less bearable than ever. The shops and restaurants have been closed for a whopping six months. For the last ten days, it's been all I've been able to do to keep up with Etsy orders and get my school work done.

There's some good stuff I can share though! I got a sample pic of the Tilion pin in production today, to show the pearly effect, and I LOVE it. (Don't worry, it's not gold-plated yet, that's why the lines look so rough!) This'll look fantastic when it's done. Three weeks until they're here, I hope!

I'm also doing the gouache course with Justin Donaldson, and while I don't have time to put in all the work I should and would like to, I'm learning tons and can't WAIT to incorporate the medium into my art. I really want to do a few small portraits to see what I can do with my new knowledge; until then, he's an ugly stone I painted for class work, haha.

I'm also thinking of giving Patreon Merch another go - that's a range of physical things (mugs, shirts, stickers, posters) you get at certain tiers, with Patreon doing the fulfilment. It used to be US only, but they've made it available for Patrons worldwide! Let me know in the comments if you have any idea for truly exclusive merch that only you will get. <3
