Oh, and I added poppies since the lineart I posted, because the piece wasn't sad enough yet... Because I love poppies and include them at any chance, and because Orym Druidcrafted poppies in Laudna's hair when they tried to resurrect her. </3

And I'm debating: To smudge or not to smudge? I used this slightly toothy coloured pencil paper from Strathmore that shows some white texture, and while I nearly always smudge my coloured pencils, I'm very much on the fence with this. Keeping the lines crisp underlines the slight scruffiness I always try to get across with Will. But smoothing them is more of a watercolour look. Once you start smudging, there's no way back. Aaaargh!
