I wanted to challenge myself to do a more painterly piece with my new brushes, to see if they work without lineart as well - and they do!
I wanted to have different styles in the product photos for Etsy and such. I always find it easier to decide whether or not I can use any given set of brushes* when I see them used in different ways.
*Ah, who am I kidding? Still kind of shaking my head at the several hundreds of brushes I've bought and never got the hang of...
