We spent the entire day at Essen Games Fair (SPIEL) yesterday, and though I‘d already finished this on Saturday night, I didn’t find any time to post it. For Dorte's prompt "heartbreak", the first thing that came to mind was the man responsible for serving up the largest amounts of delicious heartbreak over the last two years: Liam O‘Brien, player of Vax'ildan , Caleb, and Orym. This is drawn from the scene where he (as Orym) tells Keyleth about her dead lover, his former character Vax, who was magically transformed into an orb by the big bad evil guy to be used in fiendish machinations, and who is still screaming in pain.
