Dude! Update!

So I've got a few different things to tell you about tonight. I spent much of the day writing code, though I did get sidetracked a few times on discord. I've been making good progress, but I've also been working on some of the more mentally-challenging code, and there's a lot of it, so it's been a slog. I'm able to see the light at the end of the tunnel though! Most of the primary mechanics that support game-play are done. (a little later will be NPC generation, which is going to be tough.)

And Then?

I'm hoping to finish this code tomorrow, and then begin the ever-so-fun process of testing it. Unfortunately I'm going to have to depend on all of you for more in depth testing, there's too many possible permutations to make sure it's working properly in all of them by myself (at least, in a reasonable span of time). 

And Then?

I have to make a decision between working on maps, or working on the week planner for the next release. If I finish the week planner, you could theoretically live in bullseye and go to work until you turn into some kind of discount zombie. I will probably start working on the downtown and home map zones, because that'll be a little more interesting for all of you to see.

I should have the next release out between the 4th and 7th, and that will become a public release after a short delay. I'll let you know a more exact date when I'm more certain about this testing...

And Then?

Once the maps, home system, and week planner are done, you'll be able to live a (very boring) life after the prologue. This is looking like mid October. From there it's adding NPCs, Sex, and other fun stuff ^_^

And Then?

I haven't heard back yet from the 3 artists I mentioned last time, but being busy people that isn't unexpected. There are other artists I've invited that I haven't gotten a response from (yet), and if I get time I may send out a few more inquiries.
