I think it could be funny if anytime after this kdrama you watch money heist korea. A part that is so good it is also set in a possible future whereboth Koreas are unified and it could be interesting to watch that after this one

the taxi driver is a really famous senior actor in korea by the way. so it was like a little cameo. and ı dont know ıf anybody mentioned this but the lead actors got married after this show.

About the use of USD as a means to pay, I have been to Cambodia 2019 and they accept USD as well, as an option for payment apart from their national currency. I paid in USD in the restos, wet markets, street vendors, etc.. I haven't been there recently so don't know if its still being widely used or not. So this happening in North Korea in this Kdrama is not much confusing for me. BUT I don't know if they indeed use USD in real life since, well, we don't know much of North Korea.

For some reason, I remember them bringing in the parachute. 41:41 hahahaha she called her "unni" which is like older sister in korean. so she basically calling her younger than a more formal mrs or auntie etc hahahaha

Seen the first episode and I'm really excited for it. I stopped to watch with my mom eventually because she loves the original. I agree, I think it'd be a good one for Wes and Steph.

I'm starting to see Wes's type. 😂 First impression of Steph was sweet, wholesome, and happy. But I've been seeing she can be feisty and fiery too, and then seeing Wes say he likes all the crazy, feisty, bratty characters from different shows I am just like mhmm I see your type now, my dude 😏 Wes and Steph are goals though, honestly. One episode a week is too painful~~ 😭

Tbh them missing the little clips at the end are not that important, when I watched i didn't watched any of them because i didn't know about it, and only saw the one in the second to last episode, because it was a longer episode and then suddenly there was more after the ending and i was like ?? So yeah, i didn't miss anything important not watching it!!
