fun fact.... In the Novels, which is the original story... Mitsurugi WAS actually in the city to help them and he even had his sword... But Kazuma actually side-lined him, because Kazuma came up with the whole attack strategy and everyone wanted him to lead it even Mitsurugi, because he defended the town from Dullahan...Now I might be misremembering the little details but that's basically what happened
