I live in Canada and you can get any type regional or ethnic food here. So many people come live here from other countries and they open up their restaurants for their authentic food, and they'll get a lot of local customers. I was just looking up Ethiopian food the other day and Chinese hotpot. I would have different ethnic type of food every day of the week growing up. So I actually have a hard time being homesick for food. Only for dishes certain members of my family makes. Like Grandmas German cheesecake, or moms polish galareta.
