My parents were always on time for thing but my sister-in-law's parents were always late for everything and we all grew up together (both our parent's were former missionaries with five kids). Nowadays we gauge whether my sibling's family will be late whether they have their spouses with them, lol.

2023-12-05 21:37:32 +0000 UTCMy local asian market sells some instant tteokbokki which is super easy to cook. I've made it myself too (other than the rice cake which is super intensive to make) and its pretty good but I feel like the instant stuff is so much easier to get the right taste.

Not everyone and every time, but from my experience it's also not uncommon. It's really interesting to see how different it is in different parts of even the same country. Especially when Americans kind of have a reputation of being "overly" friendly lol.

I think the fans wanted to try the food too, but the production said "no" since fans would be more focused on trying to see him so it would break the purpose of the show, making people try korean food! If they would let the fans in almost all the customers would try to get a glimpse, so it could make a big mess 😅 Again thanks for the reaction! Always so fun watching with you guys <3

Fun fact that we learned about this week: The production was worried about crowds and they contacted the team in Mexico to tell their concern cause an idol would be on the cast. The mexican team answer was "oh it will be fine as long as it's not BTS V" hahaha imagine their panic when they found out!

2023-11-04 17:25:47 +0000 UTCthe general consensus among armys is that we don't bother any bts member when they're out and about unless they're on an official schedule they have previously announced. even the army lady from before who went to see tae didn't really seek him out or anything, she just wanted to see from afar. sure there are more stalkery fans or even casual fans who want to approach them, ask for photos, take sneaky photos without their consent, or ask for autograph, but the official fan membership rules forbid this. plus, armys try to give them as much privacy as possible because we respect them, and their safety and comfort is important.
