It's such a cool parallel, Eren attacking Liberio. First it was Reiner and Bertholdt attacking Shinganshina and all those innocent lives being lost. Now it's Eren doing the same thing, also killing innocents.

2024-10-19 23:08:40 +0000 UTCI always saw it as Eldia started it first with their ethnic cleansing, Marley then gains control during the titan war. Which then stoked Eldian fury for 100 year, Paradis finally attacks back but only because Eren ended up with the founding titan. So it's really just this cyclical violence at this point.

2024-09-24 10:35:59 +0000 UTCAll I'll say is that I've always disliked Eren's character to the point of disliking the show and not wanting to watch it, giving it a try and after a handful of episodes, quitting for years until my cousin convinced me to watch it based on Armen and the story alone (later fell in love with Levi's character sadly lol) and from this point forward, the show affirms my feelings. I hate him. Worse? I almost became him so I'm so thankful there were interventions in my life that changed my way of thinking.

He’s a strategist, he knew as a strategist what was the best move.. and he knew he also had to be a victim just like Willy planned. FYI… the Manga for Attack on titan isn’t as praised as the animation/anime was… the Anime team did a fantastic job taking a Manga considered mediocre into an epic anime.

Followed by the sickest shot of the paradise devils hunting their prey. Demonstrating how intimidating humanity would be if they could move omnidirectionally. Steph is right though! Marley created the very devils they fear.

2024-01-24 19:07:15 +0000 UTCThe motives of the Tyburs were not to make a coup - directly - because the Tyburs are actually ruling Marley If you notice, Willy told Magath to collect the (incompetent) officers and in the previous episode when he was discussing secretly with Magath at the festival theater while it was build the y sid that they had to make a military (reform) so their problem with the current leadership of the Marleyan army is not about politics but mainly because they are not good enough in wars anymore and that was obvious during their last war where Marley barely got victory
