Like there's a whole scene at the end of S2 where he stands in front of a titan barehanded to protect her and promises he'll wrap her scarf around her as many times as she wants? idk it was pretty memorable to me when i first watched the show LMAO

2024-02-22 23:28:42 +0000 UTCEren has protected every single one of them, he tried to stop Mikasa and Armin from joining the scouts, he tried to convince Jean, Sasha and Connie to go to military police, when Annie was chasing the Levi squad he tried to turn into a titan and didnt do it because Petra asked him to trust them, he took all of the experiments that Hange did when trying to figure out how did his powers worked, even in this episode he did everything he could to protect Historia. Eren is the best thing that has happened to this world I love him so much.

There are a LOT of debates about the father of Historias child, lots of people (myself included) think that Eren is actually the dad and they just say it's this random dude for safety.

2024-02-22 21:05:07 +0000 UTCEren did have moments (season 1 comes to my mind first) where he tried to stop mikasa from being in the front lines. He was just aggressive and indirect about it lmao All those times he told mikasa not to join his squad was just him trying to keep her safe (he was always in the danger zone). The most clear scene of this is during the first battle they have right after they finished training. The new recruits were sent to keep titans at bay while the elite had to guard the civilians trying to escape (the elites had the safer position). Mikasa wanted to go with Eren (who was directly in battle with the titans), but Eren literally headbutted her and told her to go with the elites.
