my heart hurts every time I see Mrs. Kang getting beaten and telling him that she will be far away some day that scene breaks my heart so much. Thank you guys for the reaction the show keeps getting better and we have a few episodes left and the newtheories keep coming haha but everything will make sense I promise

Yes it's supposed to be a bit of both it was a romantic scene but also kinda seeing how insane he actually is from normal. What they both have is real as well. Don't do my boy like that 😭😭

Yes to all of this and I'll throw in that he probably said "I'm not leaving Yeon-jin" at least in part because Dong-eun wanted him to say that he was going to leave her. It's well-established that his character does not like feeling that he's not in control of situations, so I figured he would push back against the idea of being successfully maneuvered into place by Dong-eun. It's intriguing and sexy when she does it in a game of Go, but not when it's his actual life. Even if he eventually decided to leave, he'd want to do so because he made the decision, not because someone else manipulated him into it (even if the manipulation was done using the truth).

tbh i’ve seen people complain about the age difference but I didn’t think much about it. I just didn’t find it cute how he was texting her for so long without a reply and I felt her story was too important for them to randomly try to mix romance in it soon as she was able to start her plan. like i was one of the people who even felt she had more chemistry with the husband. idk it just seemed forced to me and it got to the point I was willing to skip scenes with yeo-jeong if i saw it wasn’t relating to the main plot

I also think the age difference is deliberate as Dongeun has had a hard life so it aged her. Even though she's supposed to be the same age as the bullies

I think the lack of chemistry that people might be seeing between yeo-jeong and dong-eun could have a lot to with the fact that one their age difference in the actors, and also the fact that Dong-eun’s character for the most part is always so emotionless and it’s hard for her to connect with others.

Guys, they already mentioned that the person who gave the authority to move the body was Yeo-jeong’s dad. They mentioned it was the “late/former hospital director” remember? In the episode where Yeo-jeong went to check on the body but he found it empty, one of the doctors there said his dad orders the body to be moved.

I have a theory that Mr CEO refuses to leave psycho wife for the sake of his daughter, public image and his company. He's not attached to her romantically to point that it would inspire this level of loyalty, so his actions are really a mystery to me. I also think that he can't believe how horribly wrong his judgement was.

I remember watching this and thinking yeo-jeong and dong-eun didn’t have much chemistry to me and i didn’t care for their romantic scenes outside of the actual plot. then that scene with yeo-jeong tapping on yeon-jin’s car window while she sat outside his clinic had me thinking “even they have more chemistry than the main couple!”. only for it to come out that the actors are dating in real life 😭 just wanted to share that bc the car scene came up
