2024-06-24 18:52:55 +0000 UTCTanjiro's really is one of the few genuinenly kind hearted and caring protagonists, even goes as far as empathazing with demons and making them remember the good in them. Reminds me a lot of Mashle and Goku

2024-06-19 21:56:15 +0000 UTCYa'll are having it so rough, huh? Lol just watched the run BTS where Steph's eye suffocated too! Hang in there! But the boulder thing made me think of what I'm learning now. Most people would see the fact they can't move the boulder as nothing is happening, but it's a strength training technique even the Norse used called isometrics. I'm in physical therapy and when they asked me what my goal was I cheekily said I wanted to be a viking lol so my PT focused all the exercises on traditional strength training, and several of them involve pushing against a wall (which feels stupid) but he said that just pushing on it in different ways is activating those muscles and how hard you push is how much "weight" you're "lifting" basically. I've now upgraded to pull resistance where I have to stay completely still while this machine tries to pull me sideways, and my PT adds more weight, but it is to strengthen my core strength to support my back. So this boulder and waterfall training I now recognize as isometrics and resistance training and the logs were deadlifting!
