During this episode, we got to a glass crack sound effect when Subaru used shamac. It was only after his Gate broke that he was able to start using the Sloth Witch Factor.

2024-12-19 03:06:26 +0000 UTCYaa Garf just a babeh 😂 I think we all have the same experience of going "What?!.. ohhhh makes sense" with him lol And I had some wild theories about the cult and the witches, but after writing them, it all sounded so dumb 😭 I just can't with this show. Wes has never said truer words than "..more confusing than this confusing show" lol except for just Garf, it's all of it. All of it is a big fat tease like "oh here's some info~ NEVERMIND it's a lie. Here's some more~ ha! Jk" so honestly, can't even tease ya'll for the theories you come up with, cuz you doin' a lot better than me 😵💫 I almost wholeheartedly believed Otto was the dragon even knowing his backstory 😅 But it can't possibly be Roswaal, right..? He said he hated the dragon early on. What if we completely misunderstand the fairytale and the dragon isn't a dragon? And my other theory that I didn't completely crush is that maybe the cultists don't represent the witches, but are potential witches, since I can't imagine the witches in the Garden (some of them anyway) being on board with the crap Betelgeuse was pulling, and even Satella was at odds with him inside Subaru in S1. 🤔

2024-12-18 21:43:40 +0000 UTCWes describing Emilia's character journey: "I'm gonna be the hero and help other people cos I'm not worth anything. But now I'M gonna do this, this is who I am." You basically described Subaru AND Emilia. Their insecurities and character journey are so similar. Even Rem too had this lack of self confidence due to always being compared to her sister. You'll start to see that an overarcing theme of the story in general is "Love." Garfiel, Subaru, Emilia, Rem.. all suffer trauma with a past issue (most of the time concerning family) that molded their personal insecurities of not having worth and not being good enought to be loved. As a result of the lack of self love they all were unable to see the love people had for them.

Though I'm still in disbelief you actually thought Garfield was like 26 or something 😂 I always got these rebellious teen vibes from him. Though my first guess was like around sixteen or something. PS: Patrasche was truly best girl that episode. Now hopefully it's time for Emilia to shine.
