Only at 20 min so if you figure it out, my bad lol Furigana is hiragana (ねこ) which they learn first in schools. Then they learn katakana (ネコ) which are often foreign borrowed words or foreign based names. THEN they learn Kanji which is (猫) the Chinese characters Japan adapted (which have a "Chinese reading" and a "Japanese reading") so basically, high schoolers, especially not very academic high schoolers like Kageyama don't know all 2k+ Kanji (not even my 40 yr old friend does 😂 sad day to teach a native Japanese man Kanji I learned in school) So basically, Kageyama got lost because he couldn't read the Kanji and they forgot to write the furigana next to it for him 😅 Oh and 2k is only the first JLPT I believe? I think in total there is 200k kanji? I have to double check this though. And yes, the dude in jumpsuit was being a cocky shit by not bowing back lol Japan still has a bit of the whole respect your elders thing (they are more liberal these days though, where you straight up see my gen and under not giving a crap about age roles outside of school) but no matter your age, if someone greets you, you greet back. Even the emporer does it. So if you bow and someone doesn't at least nod their head, it's a bit of a snub or a "ya ya whatever"

The libero usually goes in for that position because they’re supposed to be on the court 99% of the time except when the middle’s are serving. So Tsukki and Hinata are on for the same amount of time.
