Wes & Steph are second guessing themselves constantly, wondering what's going on. Giving definitive answers takes away the possibility of putting pieces together.

2024-10-31 15:52:38 +0000 UTCare there even intros that do that ? maybe some minor foreshadowing at best. its mostly that they dont want to see the (main?) characters in advance ? i think they are exaggerating a bit but i also kinda get it, if you for example see somone "dying" but know he was all over the intro, you can be pretty sure that he isnt really dead or comes back someway. still, they should watch the intros at least later on if not from the get go, some are just so good. this is one of them.

Also, I wouldn't consider this to be horror at all, and it's mostly a sci-fi/mystery show. And fyi, most of the scientific concepts in this show are based on real life theories from physics/quantum mechanics, so Steins;Gate is consider to be one of the shows with a more realistic depiction of time-traveling, etc.
