For clarification: When season 1 originally aired, it didn't have the after credits scene. This was added with the "director's edition", that was released shortly before or when season 2 was being released. So no, only thoose who had ventured into the web novel (or light novel) knew this was gonna happen, back then. (*raises hand* )

Greed on the other hand freaked me out much more in that scene. Like cruel, calculated evil. Just my first impression of these two. PS: Crush for queen ♡ PPS: That reaction and instant speculation at the end was priceless! I was as flabbergasted and intrigued. This is why I love this show, because it makes you think so much and really sucks you in deep.

It explores what might have happened if Rem had accepted Subaru’s offer in Season 1, Episode 18. In this story, they run away together, live a peaceful life, and even have children. These scenes were added here, making it feel like Rem was thinking about this possibility just before she was eaten.

I adore this show, and seeing you guys watch it has made me rewatch the entire show and even purchase the Light Novels so I can enjoy more of the story than what is currently available as the anime. I hope you guys continue to enjoy this show as much as I do! By the way one thing, about the pronunciations of names. I'd recommend just mimicking how the characters in the show say the names :)

And on top of that, for most of the world when they refer to the Witch they mean the Witch of Envy instead. As for when you're able to watch the OP, I'm sure there'll be a couple of comments telling you when. It'll most likely be in the middle of the season to my memory.

There was one called what if sloth where Rem accepts Subaru and they actually leave as he proposed have kids and live happily. She is a public figure after all and the Greed Archbishop knew her. So I wonder if it is about saying your name to him and not him just knowing your name. Keep in mind, Rem also said Subarus name, the Hero who will defeat all witch cultist. I hope that won't become a problem when they face each other.
