This game apparently exists in many parts of the worlds just has different names based on country. Even my dad said he used to play it in his village in India with stones, he thought it only existed there.

I think this episode was the most tense to me after the game because I didn't expect jungbae to switch to an O. Also when Dae-ho said Jung-bae was like Lee Byung-hun, it was a reference to one of Lee Byung-hun's (Actor for In-ho) older roles.

2025-03-01 05:24:18 +0000 UTCfun fact, during the 6 legged race, the cast said that In-ho's actor (Lee Byung-hun) was actually really good at the spinning top that it was a blooper in itself that he kept spinning the top (since he had to mess it up for the scene)! good call out about the left hand/right hand; there are some theories about Frontman using his left hand on purpose (and i am a fan of the theory) but who knows, it could really just be that his actor couldn't mess up the spinning top!

Also she’s feeling guilty for voting O. To me this season is big on justification, like the triangle girl acepting the job cause she’s putting people out of their misery, the other square saying he’s saving lives with the organs and inho thinking he’s giving this people a fair chance and tas well as the old man , thinking that people are trash and deserve this anyway. I think Gi hun defies his convictions, specially since they are both winners and chose different ways to cope . He is trying to destroy Gihun faith is humanity.

2025-03-01 00:46:40 +0000 UTCi dont think his intention was to eliminate gi-hun, but like they said, it was more of a tactic to stress him out, leaving just enough time for gi-hun to do his game and then cross the line. but obviously if that planned failed and they WERE eliminated, they went last on purpose to cover their bases and ensure there's no witnesses so in-ho could escape.

This time they split money leaving and vote every game. Thats why they didn’t mention option of coming back like they did last season. Also the son meant an additional 100k won

2025-02-28 23:16:38 +0000 UTCI mean this in the most loving way but I think this was the most all over the place squid game reaction for you guys yet haha, it was really fun seeing you get thrown off and coming up with all these different theories and being confused about some stuff and certain about other things- really enjoyable to watch as someone who knows what's going on lmfao :') This is a non spoiler comment of course but I think it's really interesting how this season especially seems to have thrown you guys off so much, I feel like you two are really living the true gi-hun experience, feeling familiar and like you should know everything that's going on but constantly getting thrown off the scent, it's almost like in-ho is messing with you guys through the screen :p

2025-02-28 22:56:13 +0000 UTCI'm not sure which one is the truth but some people have said that In-Ho switching to his left hand was intentional writing however others have claimed that it was actually because the actor couldn't purposely fail well with his left hand as he was good at this game so he had to use his right hand to get realistic shots of him messing up and it was just a good coincidence that fits in well with the story. Although I don't know how accurate the second theory is I lean more towards it as I just don't really see a reason why he would intentionally almost throw the game then decide not to. It wouldn't make sense for him to want to eliminate Gi-Hun that way after the efforts of bringing him to the games and analysing him.
