2025-03-04 18:51:10 +0000 UTCI disagree completely, and I think a lot of people saw it differently, too. I don't understand why you're saying they're justifying it when they only said their opinion based on their perspective. People are allowed to analyze characters differently.

2025-03-04 03:12:24 +0000 UTCAw I love the subtle details in the flashbacks. Like when Soo Chul and his wife were playing the game together, she got mad for a second that he wasn’t paying attention to his rear in the game. Then says how he needs to be more cautious in a harsh, cruel world. He doesn’t realize that she is hinting at him being backstabbed in real life. But she can’t be truthful about it even if she wanted to, and he is too innocent to read between the lines :(

2025-03-02 08:57:33 +0000 UTCCorporate drinking culture is very common in SK. Actually, it's not "common," it's basically mandatory. That's why everyone was looking at Hae-In weird for refusing and why the boss kept pushing despite her saying she didn't want to drink. But also, yes, the boss was being creepy and crossing the line. But that kinda gets into nunchi and kkondaes, which is a whole other major aspect of corporate culture in SK, but I'll save that spiel for another time. It all kinda plays into the seniority and respect system (and wanting to have a peaceful work life 💀). That's classic Korean culture right there. (and it's not limited to jobs, basically starts in college when it comes to clubs and stuff)

2025-03-02 04:08:38 +0000 UTCOh, don't worry, you guys will come to wholeheartedly hate Eunsung soon enough, lol. The actor is spectacular though because I was like you guys. I found him annoying and potentially redeemable for most of the show, but when the actor locked in, in accordance with how the plot develops??? OH MAN, is he good. There was a point where I stopped watching (probably only for a few hours since I binge-watched this series) purely bc his character was pissing me off so bad 😂😂 the development of his character was really well done imo

2025-02-28 21:47:12 +0000 UTCThey made it a point to show on multiple occasions how happy he was at the prospect of her dying. Also getting her inheritance... i know you guys are trying to justify it and saying he's telling it in the worst way possible but that was the case and thats why he feels bad about everything. At first I was seeing this from an outsiders perspective but when the show was airing, i was interested to see why his character wasnt exactly favored and i understood a lot of what people were saying
