2025-03-23 02:54:57 +0000 UTCI think it is overall a bit of a cultural difference between us and UK about jokes about noncing for a good while there was football chants mocking a team because one of the head people running it got dun for it and unfortunetly schools do draw people with those inclinations. this is an example of highlighting how a lot of people felt school's dealt with it in a humerus way pointing out how ridiculous it is

2025-03-12 18:02:21 +0000 UTCFrom the UK and yea nonce teachers are actually sadly very common and if your school doesn't have a nonce on staff you've got at least one weirdo/ borderline abusive staff member😭💀 but also we had stuff like jimmy Saville and all that on the news all the time as kids/teens so nonce jokes are very common and you become pretty desensitised to it until you hear an actual irl horror story about one then it becomes a bit more real but genuinely calling anyone (including mates) a nonce in secondary school is just like The Thing that kids did 😭😭 Oh also it might be more common in the UK to at least talk about it and joke about it because we have a royal family and historically they're a very noncey lot
